ok guys need some help here im stumped!!

Did you check throttle linkage under black side cover? Seems to me something is binding and not letting it return to idle.

Thats all working fine too, thw float and the butterfly both return to idle position and everything is working under the cover

Any other ideas guys? I just wanna ride the damn thing lol, never had this prob with any of my other warriors.

Spray some carb cleaner around the boot while it is running to see if it is pulling air. I know you said it has new o rings but I've had new ones that don't seal.
