Ohio title and registration?

I've spent hours trying to do my research so I don't have to create a thread but it seems that everything I find is from when the law was first passed. I got my quad with a bill I sale(which I'm sure 95% of people do) and I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to ride in public areas. Does anybody have any first hand info on how they've done this recently? From my understanding it's almost impossible.

I don't know about Ohio but in PA. as long as the quad was never titled anywhere all you need to get a title and registration is a bill of sale and a picture of the vin. number from the frame.

In Colorado you don't need nothing but the bike. They just look at the vin and register it.

See list for title. Notorized bill of sale is easiest. Wayne national forest website has link to purchase tag. Only need tag to ride state and national park trails. Most public riding areas just take your cash and make u sign waiver.
