Hey guys, I run a 2002 Yamaha warrior that has been acting up lately. It idles with the choke on, but will not continue running without the choke unless you're on the gas. Any ideas as to what this means. Just cleaned the carb. Did I miss the pilot jet or what? Any help would be appreciated.

Air/Fuel mixture screw 2.5 turns out, if that doesn't work, turn idle screw in and bump up the idle.

not idling without choke usually means the pilot jet is clogged with dirt or gummed up you need to pull the bowl off and take the pilot jet out and clean it and all passage ways in carb

Smaller if everything is stock it should be a 42.5

Also check to see if the intake boot is cracked or dry rotted from the top end to the carb that will also cause it not to idle
