No spark with 88 warrior

This is part of the one on the CDI upgrade but I will go into more details

The stator ohms out about in the middle of the specs.

Coil is new but ohms out low vs specs

He used to have intermittent spark sone days it would run some days it would not.

I'm thinking the CDI box is bad but I'm not overly sure on this as there is no good way to test them that I can find.

Is there some other things we can look at before we dive into a new CDI box, hate to buy one and it was something else.

Make sure your wiring harness isnt grounding or shorting, check your switches, and heard someone who changed their regulator and fixed the no spark problem? Also where'd you get the stator/coil? There's a chance the coil is DOA bit doubt it since there's a reading from it.
