nice work, the all black engine looks great, what kinda paint did you use and hows it holdin up?

To answer all the questions:
Its a 1990, but with all the work and new parts, it's now a 2007...haha
The stem is still the stock one, the Roxx Riser alows me to move the bars more forward, and up. Combine that with a -1inch drop on the foot pegs and i am alot more comfortable when standing up.
The paint is Duplicolour Ceramic Engine Enamel. 7 bucks a can at our local Canadian Tire. I think i used 2 cans for the engine, and 5 cans of orange for the frame, exhaust, hubs. I've got about 10 hours on the paint and fresh motor, and the paint is holding up quite well.

they mount to the front, just like the factory ones
I found these on ebay for 60$ shipped brand new.
