Very easy to do. The mounting brackets fit just in front of the original brackets (you don't even need to cut the originals off). Drill your holes and bolt them down. Have to use a dremel and grind about half way into the middle brace to allow room for the cooling fins.
I wired it to the low side, aimed it and snugged everything down.
HUGE improvement over the original head lights. Well worth it.

I tried mine in the stock brackets first and it just lost its personality. Still plentified illumination down low.

I agree with you. The headlights just look cool. Especialy with leds.
