new cdi junk?

I installed a procom cdi on my 02 warrior, got a whole brand new ignition system re tested all components they test good onl gettin an occasional spark some times as soon as I turn the key which is odd seems about every 15 minutes or so I get one spark is the cdi not working properly

Did you have your coil checked! My RM 250 did that and it was the coil!

check your pickup on the cdi too, maybe muddy or rusted/corroded

Brand new stator and pickup coil , I'm now.reading sometimes procom cdis are bad out of.the box

Maybe your flywheel is wrong for that year warrior, then it won't be compatible with the stator.

No I got the right year flywheel and stator just gonna have to try a new cdi,

Send back that Cdi man get a refund.
