Motor issue

So I rebuild my warrior new top and bottom end on motor did everything according to the repair manual I bought for the warrior ran a bit now it’s smokes did a leak down test and everything is normal only have 2% air loss which is in specs would it still be the valve seals or something else?
Compression is at 160psi
