Has anyone used a Mikuni TMx 38 carburetor on their warrior?

I have a warrior without carb and needs ALOT of work ..rebuild crank, new piston, frame transplant and other parts I got it for $100

the carb is from a 2003 kx125 I bought in need of a top end but I am going to put my kdx 200 engine in there.

is the tmx 38 too big? and where is a good starting point to look for adapters?

38 isnt too big i would say , they make a keihin 38mm for the warrior( i have one )

but i cant really say other than that ... dailin in your jetting is gonna be the "fun" part

but on another note .. the actual "fitting" it into the warrior may be an issue

as far as gettin the intake and air box boot to fit , or finding one that will

also clearance under thae tank ?? where oes the throttle cable come out at?..may need a custom/aftermarket cable

im sure it can work , just MAY need some custom work ......

or it may not , ive never seen one of those excat carbs so .....

any ways good luck

kx125 is a 2 stroke bike ...

im not to much on 2 strokes , but your FOR SURE gonna have to rejet the whole thing ...

not to metion the air/gas mixture ... may be more work than it worth

just my opinon
