the yard is 8000 square foot, no need for acreage because the coal hills are riding distance away thankfully, i can't complain for 25k i got a house and a big yard and taxes are 1k a year lmao

That's not too bad^^. Price was ceratinly right. I was trying to buy a place a couple miles from my parents house. 6.6 acres, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, storage shed, pond rights, quad trails throughout the property... $59,900! Got the financing but went to look at it and they got a contract on it.
