Ok the entire time you do this, always make sure the reseviour is filled with brake fluid. Pump the brake pedal a few times and hold it down hard, at the same time the pedal is held down crack the bleeder screw and air will come out, while the pedal is held down tighten the bleeder screw. Repeat this process till the pedal gets stiff and the pads are making good contact.
 
Hmmm do you have a helper? Iff so its not hard pump like 5 times and hold pressure on the foot pedal and use a clear hose on the bleeder on the rear caliper and while still holding presure losen bleeder like 1/4 round to release pressure and tighten it back up and pump again and repeat till you see no air or white or foamy looking fluid and you have good brake pressure
