How do these DG nerf bars mount?

Hey dudes. I'm looking at a set of nerfs for the 89 Warrior, and found a set I like.

The 89 Warrior had no integrated heel guard from factory, so this is why I've decided on the style of peg that is its own heel guard.

Question is, how do these mount? Is there a plate that bolts between the peg, and the frame, that these bars mount to?

Most other sets are designed to bolt to the factory set of pegs, but I've got these big ol honkin aftermarket ones that I love. Can anyone confirm that these bars mount to a plate that goes between the peg and frame?

Sweet, that's what I figured by the grainy low-res picture provided.

Hope you thought they were decent, I just bought the last set! I suppose anything is safer than nothing.
