hello, bought a old 87 warrior 400$

got it running, and love it.. i got about 525$ into it including buying it.. and probably 20 hrs in on it already... ne ways.. glad I found this site.. cya

haha kinda of a good buy.. never started .. but we got it going.. smokes on start up but goes pretty much away.. going to have to get valve seals.. also waiting for a flywheel puller.. going to have to change the starter clutch.. i picked up a good used one off ebay for 40$ shipped appears too be almost new... see how I make out.. I got about 20 hrs on it before it wouldn't start.. its parked at my bros house at moment.. I got a vid around here of him driving it.. i try to get it up.. for a 87 i say its in fairly good shape besides the front plastics which was mangled so i hacked them off.. I was gonna buy a 99 for 1000$(hard shape tho) but got sold on me before i got to get it... oh well I like old school

wasn't bad deal not much around here to buy cheap.. came with some spare parts.. frame.. A arms 2 gas tanks... pretty much a whole other bike besides the motor and plastics were no good so i left them there..

got it up and running with used starter clutch and fly wheel i got for 40$

ordered a shifter for it.. yz250F

my shifter probly has 2inches of play so it sucks..
