Wow my warrior starts every time.Just one issue I wanted to pick everybody brains about. when i hit the gas i get hesitation but it goes away and takes off after i give it more gas.Now since i messed with carburetor so much i think it may be the mixture but is it too rich or too lean? i have the mixture turned out 1.5 turns i don't see how it could be rich. any ideas

Does it happen right off idle or a little off idle? IF its a little off idle then its in the middle of the jetting which IIRC is the needle clip adjustment. Jetting can be hard and confusing, I read up alot of it buts its been a while since I last read on it.

are you getting hesitation right off a quick accel. or even if you roll into it?

Pilot jet maybe? it could be block or something? Or maybe something got in there and is blocking a jet, it don't take much.
