Handle bar risers

Would like to raise my handle bars on my warrior a little.
Can't seem to find any info as to who sells the risers.
Any of you use them ?

I thought about this I think the easiest thing to do would be to get two sets of stock clamps and turn one set upside down on the handlebars then clamp another one upside down to that with another set holding the handlebars I think it would work pretty good just get some longer bolts at your hardware store.
