Hey guys I took my totally rebuilt warrior out today, and ran good for a good hour or 2. And then it started to grind, when I use reverse, it gets stuck inbetween gears and then starts to grind, and then I pull in the clutch and I need to play with the fwd/rev lever until first gear catches again. There is only 6 hours on the motor since rebuild the cases, trans, crank and top end are all brand new, It goes fine but when I shift down, and start going it start grinding, when you rev it in neutral, it hits high rpms and you can start to hear the grinding. And it grinds when your in gear and going, every gear does it....any help? :argh:

Adjust the revers linkage and you should be good.

Still sounds like F-R lever linkage needs some adjusting imo...
