i am rebuilding my 04' 350 Just oreder a manual off ebay. Has any one here pulled their engine out. I dont know if i need to pull the hole engine or can i just get the piston and cylinder out with out pulling the hole engine? i lost and the beer is runnong low.....

Cylinder head, cylinder, and piston can all come out without removing the engine. You will have to pull seat, front fender rear bolts and the screws up by the handlebars, then the fuel tank, and finally, the exhuast header.

Next to go will be the airbox and carb, and finally, the engine head to bike frame mout up top. Should come right out after this.
