I feel really stupid asking this, because it seems like something everybody knows. But, how do i bleed my brakes?

start by taking the cap off of the resevoir and make sure it is full and be carefull to watch the level of fluid thro the hole process haveing 2 people makes the alot easier. You pump the pedal or lever 4 or 5 times then hold it in and on the caliper there is a little usually 8mm fitting that looks like a grease zurk that you unscrew (making sure not to release the lever/pedal. let out all of the air then tighten the bolt back up and pump the pedal 4-5 times again and do it over and over untill the brakes are where you like them to be.

That works better if you just push down the lever ONCE per opening of the bleeder.

Pumping brakes makes big airbubbles into small ones.
