Cotter pin Broke

i was trying to replace my rear disc brake and i took the tire off and then i tried to take out the cotter pin and the ends that stick out both snapped so now its stuck in there, i tried to just loosen the bolt to see if i could maybe snap the pin but i couldn't. Any suggestion???

use a nail and hammer to tap it out
