i started to put in a new clutch in the warrior yestureday. i haev a few quesetions though. one is thaton the plates there is a notche on the end of every clutch plate. do those have to be alighned or are they like piston rings and have to be scattered. second i put it together just to see what was goin on . and i put the cover back on and the spine where the clutch cable moved freely. what did i do wrong.
please help thanks

What kind of clutch kit did you get? They're not all marked the same as the stock ones.

there is 2 things taht you must absolutely do :

1- align the boss cluth arrow with the pressure plate arrow ( pressure plate arrow is under the pressure plate)

2- make sure that the first friction plate ''U'' is between the 2 mark on the clutch basket

by doing this everything should be ok

torque :

clutch boss nut : 80nm
pressure 5 small bolts : 10nm
