When my wolverine is cold and i didn't use it for a little while, i start it in neutral no problems for now, then i shift it to first (or reverse) and keep the shift lever up, the bike is supposed to be clutched but mine keep fowarding until i apply brakes and its ok after that. does it need an adjustement or my clutch days is counted ??

Try adjusting the freeplay. My machine is sometimes hard to shift when it's cold out and the engine isn't up to temp.

With an autoclutch, we're not only shifting when we move the lever, but operating the clutch as well.

My very abused Wolverine acts the same way, but it's previous life was full of abuse. I tore it apart after the freeplay adjustment didn't help and found that the centrifugal clutch had some broken springs, which were keeping it from operating properly. So if adjusting the freeplay doesn't help, check this area next. Good luck. Maniac
