Hi again guys, I started my quad the other day and went for a little ride with it. There seems to be a clicking noise coming from the piston... All I hear is, click! click! click! click once the quad is started coming from the piston. I can hardly hear my pipe because of this sound. Anybody know why this is happening ? Thankx !

Might check valve lash and maybe check cam chain like Beast said. Kinda sounds normal to me.

sounds like a stretched timing chain and valve lash needs to be set a little tighter

That is valves. Adjust them and they will quiet down some. These bikes are known to have noisey valves. If it was piston slap it would be making more of a knocking noise.

My bud bought his warrior with a 252x1 already in it, with HD springs, and it is super quiet.
