how do i tell if anyone is on?

run the YFM350Chat.exe type in user name click login and on the right side it shows who is online. There are a few users who use this wonderful service. I would like to see at least 10-15 on a nightly basis which sould be easy. We have more then enough users on the site.

when i type in my sn and hhit connect it just sits their and connects and says the chat server appears to be offline.

Check your firewall and make sure you have version 1.4!

i have the new version of the chat and my firewall grants full access to the chat, when i type in my it says connecting to chat server and then it says the chat is offline....

It is with out a doubt firewall related.
