Changing a Rear Wheel Bearing

It sounds like the wheel bearing is going out on one of the rear wheels on my 2005 Wolverine 350. Has anyone changed this out before? Is it difficult to do? Thanks. :(
 
Jack the rear up and then lift on each tire and you will be able to tell it the bearings are gone. (looking for slop) They are not terribly hard to change. You need some air tools to get the nut off the end of the axle so you can pull it, and then a pry bar and a pipe to run thru the diff to punch the bearings out from the opposite side its installed from.
