Ok, I want to be able to install sealed bearing upper and lower chain rollers on my 03 Warrior and the Moose ones that I got from my local shop do not fit because of the post that is welded on the quad to mount the stock crappy bushinged ones. The bearing hole on the Moose ones is too small to fit over the post. I am tired of replacing the stock ones as they are soft and are over priced.
I am sure someone has figured out how to do this, can someone help me out?

Thanks,
John

Does the chain go over or under the lower roller? Need to replace ours and I don't remember where it goes.

over.
I drilled out a teflon roller to fit over the "stud".
I got the roller at ag. supply store.
I also cut a piece of uhm pipe and use it for a slide around the left ,inside swingarm "pivot" as well...
