Chain Adjustment

Got a '95 Warrior, and the chain adjustment system is pretty messed up. The chain puller on the left is stripped to hell, and the big bolt on the bottom of the carrier makes a sound when I loosen it that hurts to listen to. Any advice?

Yeah, replace all of it.
If the chain jumps it'll bust the engine case, unless you have a case saver.
It'll also be an on going problem if it isn't fixed right.

You can buy new chain adjusters pretty cheep

Yeah, just replace the adjusters. The bolt squawks because it is rusty. Prolly kinda hard to turn also.

Kind of hard but I have a heavy hand when it comes to bolts lol.

So ended up tapping the hole in the adjuster and seems to work fine now.
