ok, I rebuilt the carb and it ran good as new for a month or 2. then it started to back fire under acceleration occasionally. now it is all the time. did something come loose in there or do I start over and rebuild again?

that will make it pop and sputter? where do I find the bypass info?

yes mine did it when they werent plugged in tight, theres 2 sets of wires that go up to the clutch lever unplug them and follow those wires down to their connectors and plug the two connectors together

but make sure that the popping and sputtering stops when you plug them in tight before you bypass it may be something else

everything seems to be tight. any other place to look before I take the carb apart again?

Muddyhole, I have specialized in repairing these Warrior carbs for over 6 years now, with hundreds sold on eBay under the same username. If you ever need any assistance with repairs or replacements, I would be happy to help out. Shoot me a PM.
