Carb issue?

Rebuilt the carb put it all back together. quad starts but its rough. when i take the parking brake sensor off it stay the same but when i squeeze it in it idles extremly high. Any idea what could be wrong?

I dont really understand what you are asking? When you move the gear shift lever the quad speeds up?
