Hey everyone ! New here and so grateful to have found this website! I just finished building a 2002 Yamaha warrior new frame built from ground up. Everything stock OEM Besides the DG Exhaust... So my issue is this... While riding in 2nd or 3rd when I hit a bump the quad just starts bogging out and then I'll downshift and it'll catch and go again until I hit another bump.. I thought it was my carb so I slapped a BRAND NEW one Genuine on and still same thing so I know it's not a carb issue.... It idles fine and I can rev it Fully in idle she goes into first fine just when I start going into 2nd or 3rd the second I hit a bump it Bogs out and then catches and goes... Anyone have this issue!? I've cleaned the air filter and filter box it's a K&N air filter and also I have an aluminum intake boot instead of the rubber so it's a tight seal. What could it be!? Please help!
