every now and then my warrior bogs comming off idle?
all jets are clean

It might be the muffler bearings ;D

Or you could check that your accelerator pump is working properly.

i upgraded to stainless muffler bearings,and better head light fluid,
best way to check this?
ive always worked on snowmobiles im new to the 4 stroke atv world

The carb should have a plastic cover on one side, under it is the arm and spring for the accelerator pump. Check and make sure it moves when snaping the throttle. Its one possibility of the problem, another is that you need to adjust your fuel (mixture, not idle) screw. Check it out and get back to us with some details.
