Ball joint life

I have put a ton of time into rebuilding my 90 warrior and as I put cotter pins in the front end I find up and down play in the ball joints. I can grab the top arm and see the movement in the lower ball joint. Is it shot? Or can I ride it awhile? Total failure means the joint comes out of the arm and the bike piles up?

can you get a video of the play? did you tighten the nuts all the way?

If there's a lot of movement i would replace them. If they pop apart while riding it will probably end up hurting.

yep I have a 90 warrior and mine came apart in the worse possible trail, I replaced them with a set of full flight arms.
