axle grease and bushing

goin to put in my new axle what kind of grease should i stuff my carrier with let me know and also i notice i guess suppose to be a bushing in my carrier thats loose that is normal correct i figured the axle would hold it straight

well grease is grease... i used never cease because that sleeve was rusted to my old axle. but it hadn't been taken apart in seven years... just use any kind of multi purpose grease. i would use purple 76 but thats just what i have laying around.

I used wheel bearing grease

I used red synthetic mobil grease .. lil pricy but def very resistant to water...

i just used regular marine grade grease in mine. don't forget to put a zerk fitting on the housing! it's one of the best and easiest things you'll ever do.

it's what the grease gun pushes on to to fill with grease, like on your a arms
