A arm question

this might sound dumb to some that know this but I'm looking at a set of +3" control arms for my 01 warrior from full flight but I see that they have a +3+1 what is that? Is the lower 1" longer so it will have more camber?

So do both control arms go forwards 1" or just the lower for more caster.

No both are pushed +1 forward

thanks for the reply that's what I needed to know im looking at them and the elkas from ratmraptor for my build. want to do a frame up build and build a gncc/hair scramble bike. So what do you guys think +2 a arms and a older 87 first gen swinger or +3 and or +3+1 and older swinger out back
