Default 93 warrior carb jet question and problem
So I just finished rejetting my 93 warrior with a 45 pilot and a 150 main, to go with the white brothers E series exhaust and opened air box. I took it out for a test run and noticed it hesitating in first until I give it some gas. I confirmed my suspicions when I pulled the new plug and saw that it was black. She's running rich. I've got a 147 main that I purchased, but first wanted to make sure the air/fuel screw was set properly and low and behold.....it's stuck. It'll only turn a littl bit in either direction. How would you guys go about freeing up the screw? Just to make sure, it's the recessed screw behind the boot to the head, right? Would I also be better off with the 147?

Thank

Yup go to the the 147 main.
Throw a little propane torch heat on.the screw and cool it with pb blaster.
Should come right out.

Man, just got it out back together too. Oh well. Better to be running rich than lean. One thing I love about the warrior is that the spark plug is easily accessible.
