88 motor in 03 warrior will all electrics work

hey guys i have a hole bottom end of an 88 motor im goig nto stap my top end on for a lil and ride with that will everything work with that?

is there anything else that wont work or anything?

the connector on the stator will be different, so you'd have to either splice wires or swap stators. that's the only complication I can think of.
