Just got this on trade and I just got it running. Starts fine but smokes. The smoke smells like oil. It's not real bad but just wanna get it fixed right for son to ride with me. Any ideas?

If it only smokes on start up then it's valve seals ... If it smokes all the time its rings and needs to be tore down for inspection

And if it is valve seals about all you can do (other than having the head rebuilt) is to try using an oil additive, like Lucas, Marvel, or STP. That MAY help calm it down.
