87 warrior no spark. Confused... Testing pick up coil

Well it seems as the charging system is at least doing something. Ran down the road got down to my normal turn around spot maybe 800 ft and the quad died. Restarted and barely got it turned around and it died again.. Then I seen that some how the rectifier came unplugged. Should be taking it for a longer ride in a few days. Also it was the blue wire that I hooked to the tfi just make sure the other is grounded and tape off the green as it is not used.
