My rearend just quit pulling the other day. Front end still drives it around. Back you can hear a clicking like its slipping. Both wheels turn when it's jacked up and neither will if you brace one side. Is it the drive shaft? I found a parts bike that has been burnt with a good rearend in it along with motor ITP tires trans and front end. How hard will it be to change it?

it's pretty big job, plan on most of the day. The axles have splines on them and they wear over time, usually as a result of not keep up with replacing the bearings causing the axle to wobble. Before you buy the parts bike jack it up and make sure there is no play in the rear wheels, if there is the axle is probably not much better then what you have. In the rear end there is also a gear with the splines on them that match up with the axle. that could also be the issue, more then likely if one is gone so is the other one so plan on replacing it all.
