2000 yamaha warrior 350 engine complete rebuild

hello evryone, well i just bought a yamaha warrior 350 with the motor in pieces it needs a new stator fly wheel piston transmission looks good nothign damaged. the reason they took it apart was because the blew the cylinder and piston and never got around to doing it so i need HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! its the first time i am doing this and would really appreciate the help i already orderd a complete top end and was looking for a complete bottom end for aroun the 500 550 mark wich is my spending limit unless some one can help me rebuild it from scratch im also looking for a flywheel puller. unless some one has a complete bottom end or knows where to get one
