04 Warrior Question, Please respond very confused.

Sup guys, quick noob question. I have an 04 warrior, every time i go to Yamaha they say "Raptor". Did they make a Raptor in 04? and if so why do they keep calling it a Raptor? :argh:

don't know 04 was the last year for the Warrior
And I believe Raptors came out in 01 I want to say but I may be wrong

01 was the 660, the rappy 350 didnt start til the warrior was about to end but Im not sure exactly when.

In 04 the Warrior and Raptor overlapped and you could get both that year.

Ok thanks guys, so will some 04 raptor stuff still install on to an 04 warrior? some say yes, others say no...

Some stuff fits, most doesn't. They made so many changes that not a lot will interchange. Some stuff even though it shows a different part number, will still fit. Kind of hit and miss and you just don't know till you try it.
