04 350 carb issues

My 04 will idle and i can run it wide open down the road all day but as soon as i try to ride sensible it pops and cracks and has no power. I took the carb apart it all appears clean. I found out a family member had torn into before me as well. Is it possible they left a piece out when they put it back together? Where do I get another carb and what other carbs fit it? I also checked the parking brake rev limiter. I broke it actually. The plastic piece that fits in the handle bar broke off and is danglin. I dont ever remember the rev limiter working in the 1st place lol

warrior carburetor with intake boot fitt well but will net new jet, what mod have you done to your bike ? air filter airbox ? pipe ?
