03 350 Firing out of intake, no power

My 2003 is having some issues. Starts up fine, idles ok, but fires out of the intake. Then at about the time you'd shift gears it starts bogging hard. The more throttle you give it the worse it is. Acts like the park brake is stuck on.. Pretty sure its not the brake switch though. Disconected it and its doing the same stuff.
