Twice this has happened to me. Riding n ripping then shut it down and it won't start. Everything looks great had me stumped . Idea check your intake manifold. If its cracked or torn it will turn over all day and never start.

I've been wondering about a after market cdi also cause it seems like its governed and isn't going full rev. I can't seem to find one for my 89' tho . Anyone know where possibly?

I'm not sure what I should replace . I've put racing coil ,slip on exhaust , rebuilt carb , different front and rear sprockets, air filter . I would like to get rebuild kit for head new springs ,valves , ported and polished, and bore and hone cylinder to 85mm 366cc. What advice does anyone have...
