    Warrior starting issue

I’ve recently purchased a 89 warrior that would not run. Replaced the carburetor (it was pretty bad) and all new gaskets and filters and all. Even checked the piston rings and honed the bore a little (didn’t even really need it ) and everything looks pretty good but all I can get is rarely a...

    Throttle cable too short.

I I’ve definitely noticed that. The throttle cable guide pipe coming out of the carburetor is shorter than the oem. Just about the same distance that I’m missing on the cable. I figured I could switch them out. I put an Allen wrench in the oem carburetor and popped that guide pipe out but I’ve...

    Throttle cable too short.

Throttle cable is too short after new carburetor purchase.

I’ve heard the problem I’m having is common with these zoom zoom carburetors but I haven’t found any answers on...

Throttle cable is too short after new carburetor purchase.

So I just purchased a new carburetor for my 1989 warrior. Got everything hooked up and it looks good but when I hooked up my throttle cable it’s coming up about an inch (maybe a little less) too short. Made sure it’s not bound on anything and I have both of the outer connectors tightened all the...

Timing chain guide has me stumped!

So I would just pick the head up about half an inch and tuck it in there?

Timing chain guide has me stumped!

I’m rebuilding an old warrior 350 that’s been sitting around for about 8 years. Everything looks good on the inside and I’m about to the point of trying to crank it up (this is my first build). Im trying to get the timing chain guide back on (not the one touching the tensioner) and I’m just...
