    Its a favorite of mine I like to feel if I could id weld everything in sight haha. In high school I took a local technical school class then I went to Wyotech an took chassis fab learned a hell of alot there.

    Thats not to bad from the drawing board to the actually piece. True fittment on the tubing is important sometimes a pain I though cut it grind it then file finish. In school we used a mill most of the time which was easy as hell.

    Why wouldn't it be strong enough? It may take a little thought on the correct placement of gussets an all. Im not saying your wrong just simply asking to learn.

    Man if you had some 1" .120 wall aluminum tubing an a tig lol that would light an still strong enough. Great work none the less though.

    Mufflers are the exactly same. Piping is what different, warriors exhaust is larger diameter an longer. I think we posted the same time.

    I held my stock warrior one up to it an its about 10" longer an the piping is larger I was thinking about just cutting a warrior muffler off an weld up my own pipe there mounts to the frame are the same though.

    Hey guys so im stripping my big bear down an re doing it getting it ready for winter. Wells long story short its an 88-89 with a 350 things a tank, but im looking for exhaust options not having much luck anyone ever used one from another quad?

    Thanks, damn wish I would've seen that on trail tech. I think its the same hood as all 87-88s isn't it? I like it though too

    Thanks guys I still wana get a set of trail tech lights but I don't have 150$ to throw at them. Ima try to fix some of the stress marks this winter while im doing a rebuild on the motor. If anyones got any ideas let me know, always looking to make it better any way I can.

    The one way is good I bought one an put it on, I also stuck it on my big bear an it did the same thing. I was just wondering if anyones ever had there starter ever reversed.
