Got a 2003 big bear 400 that wouldn't charge. Got a new stator and rectifier and still won't charge. I have continuity between the 3 pin plug on all of them. Any other tests I can do?
yea i really like it.. it goes anywhere but when i got it it had a mikuni round slide and it was all rigged up. i threw that off and bolted my trx 300 carb to it stock jetting and its perfect but i would like to find a warrior carb for it.

I have two stock yamaha warrior/raptor350/banshee 9" rims for rear. great shape no a nick on them. also front pair of yamaha 10" rims have valve stem in inside for being flipped. if you want them regular change valve stems around or a carriage bolt. also a pair of suzuki sport atv 8" rims 4 lug...
its the starter gear. and in the flywheel is a one way bearing. so it spins one direction only. you should be able to pull them apart. and dont forget the needle bearing that goes on the crank and the starter gear.
