wow that swinger looks great, I have no skills or tooling to do stuff like that.

I dont think so, thats what the lil angled pieces are for is the tie thge top and bottom together to make stronger

how heavy is this new design? its smaller tubing and thicker wall right?

Not smaller tubing, its the same size as mine, 1", but the wall thickness is 1/8 inch. SO its a lil thicker wall than mine.

ok I was just looking at the left to right cross ties (3 pionts in all) and noticed that it does not have any on the bottom.
If I had the skills and ability to do the kind of work you are doing I would make a mini rail out of my warrior

i may have skids coming for this swing arm so you wont need the oem crap shoot of a skid type
It would be stronger yes but i dont think he has a bender

He already had bent pipes sitting around. He did get a bender for xmas, but I guess it wasn't any good? Or it didn't work with his metal or something.

Yeah i did have a bender, but it kept kinkin the tubing. Theres ways to solve this problem like fit the tube with water and sand and tape off both ends, the sand doesnt let the tubing kink while its bending. I took it back cause its to much work to do that method.... maybe in the future ill save for a real nice one
