Dealers should have them in stock, they are pretty standard in most mikuni carbs. Sounds to me the dealership you go too needs to do some bookwork...

I have heard some good things about niche, they are located about 1 hour west of me in buffalo ny. Id have to say I havent heard any complaints!

Like 2000 said its most likely your one way bearing, its probably staying engaged until the motor stops and what your hearing is it release.

Clean the carb completely, you most likely sucked water and dirt into the carb

I had the same problem monster, I upped my pilot like weston said and bingo problem solved. Going to be doing to oil cooler mod and adding a fan soon!
