Update - I have no spark. I removed the spark plug, plugged it back into the spark plug wire and held it against the engine but no spark could be seen. I also tried against the frame. I assume this means my CDI is toast?

I just found the MORON I bought the warrior from wrapped some tinfoil around the main fuse and put in back in. I hope I did not just burn out my new CDI. Update - replaced the main fuse, attempted to start it again, 3 trys but did not start. I will post a video ASAP...

So I have 3 ATVs and 1 dirty bike. I go through a decent amount of oil. I have been buying "ATV 10W40 Oil" from Napa but I would like to purchase bulk oil but they do not have the "ATV 10W40 Oil" in bulk. If there a Motor/Car oil that will do good in the ATV given it lubs the transmission etc.

If I decide to do the big bear oil cooler set up is there a shifter that will bolt on and clear it? Or is a bend required regarless of shifters?

So regardless of if I do the oil cooler mod I should upgrade the shifter? If this a hard process? Is there a tutorial?

Why do you need a new shifter with the clutch cover mod?

I am having the same issue. The plastic tube comes the copper tube that the main jet goes in. When I try to unscrew the main jet the copper tube just turns and turns, suggestions on how to get it our?? If the plastic tube breaks is the carb useless?

Ok so the main jet screws into a copper tube. Well when I turn the main jet the copper tube turns as well. Seems to be stuck to the tube, I tried WD-40 (even let it soak over night) How screwed am I????? Any suggestions??
