Well it has to do something cause it runs better with the screw turned out that many times. I tried a 27.5 pilot today and now it is at 4 turns out.

They put a resister in the boot to have the fire for a longer duration this is good for high rpm. The more OHM the more duration, BUT the less spark energy. Also dont waste your $$ on iridium or platinum. They have a higher resistance then copper. If you want to spend $ get a silver plugs...

Funny my mixture screw likes to be more then 3.5 turns cause anything under three it doesnt realy do much. Maybe my screw is retarded :-/ :)

Whent to the dealer and picked up my new air cleaner assembly and while I was at it I picked up a 27.5 pilot and put that in. Now the mix screw is out 4 turns??? well Iguesss it is better then 5 turns. I rased the needle cause my full throttle also had more pull, and it help with the off idle...

I just read in my 4 wheel book that Magna flo put a cat back system on and gained16.5 peak HP and 21.6 lb/ft. That mean you will have 316.5 HP at the rear wheels. :)
